You need to download the GreenLight plugin from the home page of GreenLightBuilder.pro — grab the GreenLight theme from there as well while you are at it.
Depending on when you acquired your license (see above question ‘Will I get GreenLight Pro…’) you can activate GreenLight Pro with your existing GreenShift All in One license, or with a separately purchased GreenLight Pro license.
